Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about my work on behalf of the residents of Pct. #3!  El Paso County is comprised of 4 precincts, and Pct. 3 is geographically the largest precinct, covering 55% of the total unincorporated land located within the County of El Paso boundaries.  Pct. #3 includes the Mission Valley, as well as the communities of Socorro, San Elizario, Clint, Fabens, Tornillo, Horizon, and Montana Vista.   I am incredibly honored to serve the residents of Pct. 3 and promise to work hard every day to make sure that their voices are heard at the County level and that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
